The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and highly motivated Associate Producer to join our innovative event planning team dedicated to advancing the global impact of Bitcoin. You will bring experience supporting large-scale events and a passion for creating human-centric event experiences. You’ll be proactive in problem-solving and assist the production team in creating a dynamic experience for attendees at the Bitcoin Conference. You will be excited about new challenges, have a passion for organization, and will have excellent communication skills to articulate your ideas.

Success in this role will require an individual who is flexible and collaborative. We pride ourselves on our iterative process, which involves all team members being adaptable and willing to adjust as the event plan comes into focus. This role will also require you to be exceptionally organized and capable of overseeing multiple overlapping product timelines to be successful. You will have experience creating systems at other organizations and will be comfortable offering feedback on current processes to help our team improve.

You’ll Be Doing

• Event Production: Actively contribute to the creative process by participating in production brainstorming sessions. Conduct thorough research to identify and secure reliable vendors, ensuring a seamless execution of all aspects of the event. Take ownership of specific projects within the event production, from conception to execution. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will guarantee the successful implementation of key elements.
• Hotel Management: Utilize Passkey extensively for efficient hotel management, overseeing room block allocations, reservation updates, and guest communication. Your proficiency in Passkey will be instrumental in this role. Establish and maintain strong relationships with our 25 hotel partners, coordinating logistics and addressing any issues promptly.
• Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of project details, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information throughout the project lifecycle. Develop a comprehensive system that organizes and archives data to support the planning of future events.
• Graphic Management: Collaborate with the production team to provide graphic support, ensuring graphic assets are accurately priced, printed, and delivered to the conference. Take charge of identifying and liaising with graphic vendors for printing specific signage and materials.
• Activation Support: Take an active role in ideation sessions to generate creative and engaging activation ideas that align with the conference's theme and objectives. When needed, take the lead on owning activations, ensuring seamless execution, a positive attendee experience, and a successful sponsorship.

We’re Looking For

• Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service, relationship management, marketing, and CRM management is essential.
• Bitcoin Enthusiast: Strong interest and knowledge in the Bitcoin space and a passion for advocating hyperbitcoinization and promoting Bitcoin adoption.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric approach.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced event environment.
• Location: Can either be remote or located in Nashville to work out of the Nashville office.
