Every role has a structured assessment or a work trial. We keep these lightweight and will never ask you to provide a work sample related to a problem we’re currently working on. Assessments are multiple-choice and last thirty minutes, and we recommend you take these in an environment without distraction. Work trials will be sent via Notion doc with instructions on completion.
