Panel
Any offer we send out comes after a panel discussion with every team member involved in the hiring process for that role. We use this time to discuss candidates, present feedback or scorecards anonymously, and talk through additional variables of the role. This stage allows our managers to get optimal feedback and additional data when selecting candidates. Hiring managers are required to get this feedback at this stage but are not required to reach a consensus.
