The Role
The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating the corporate adoption of Bitcoin by supporting members of the Bitcoin for Corporations (BFC) alliance. You will serve as a strategic partner to C-suite leaders, treasury professionals, and enterprise operators—ensuring each member gains maximum value from their engagement with BFC. This includes managing day-to-day member interactions, optimizing onboarding and retention processes, and coordinating internal resources to support Bitcoin integration and treasury execution. Through your efforts, you will help shape a new financial paradigm—where Bitcoin is normalized as a balance sheet asset and leveraged as a strategic advantage in corporate finance.

You'll Be Doing
Day-to-Day Client Management:
- Serve as the primary operational contact for corporate members, ensuring continuous engagement and timely support.
- Schedule, facilitate, and manage logistics for routine client meetings and interactions.
Member Onboarding and Operational Engagement:
- Oversee detailed onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to full engagement.
- Facilitate operational connections between members and relevant resources, events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Renewal and Administrative Support:
- Manage renewal documentation, processes, and timelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for renewal and client retention activities.
Operational Data Management:
- Regularly collect, track, and update client engagement data and satisfaction metrics.
- Generate reports highlighting operational performance, client engagement levels, and renewal readiness.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with cross-organizational departments including conference teams, UTXO, vendors, capital allocation partners, and other strategic partners.
- Collaborate directly with the Membership Experience Lead, providing critical data and insights to inform product offerings and client strategies.- Support operational logistics for client events and engagements, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
We’re Looking For
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or operational management roles.
- Strong organizational and logistical management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and office productivity tools.
Preferred:
- Knowledge or strong interest in Bitcoin, financial strategies, or fintech innovation.
- Previous experience in managing operational client interactions in corporate membership organizations or professional services.
