Process
We review every candidate, and at this stage, we’re looking for an alignment between your experience and the We’re Looking For section on the posting. We think deeply about what goes into each role and encourage you to apply if you meet or possess some of what we are looking for! Cover letters aren’t mandatory, but we appreciate concise responses to any questions on the application form.
On average, less than 10% of all candidates progress to our interview stages. We’ll always communicate via email with applicants regardless of whether you are progressing further or we’ve chosen to discontinue your application, so be on the lookout!
